The first stallion used was CLOWN HANCOCK (1959-1984) bred by the renowned horseman Bill Coy.

   
     
 

He earned his AQHA Register of Merit with points in six events and at halter, also won alot in team roping. He is the grandsire of most of the broodmares. He sired an AQHA Superior Calf Roping mare, AQHA Youth World Show barrel horse, 1979 Cheyenne Frontier Days co-champion barrel horse, Mountain States circuit qualifier, four times NHSRA qualifier along with many rope and barrel horses.
